CFR ON CAMPUS

Center for Return is an on-campus organization dedicated to reaching out to Jewish college students, with little or no background, and providing them with the opportunity to learn about their roots and experience authentic Torah Judaism in an un pressured atmosphere.

It is apparent that if the college campus is where the majority of young Jews complete their drift from Judaism, it is here on campus where the solution must be found. For almost three decades, Center for Return has offered a full calendar of events and activities on campuses throughout the metropolitan New York area.

Center for Return has been successful reaching young Jewish college students because we maintain a constant presence on campus. Student members and officers inform their fellow students about Center for Return Events and invite them to become active. The CFR rabbis get to know each student, and are always available to provide information and inspiration on all aspects of Judaism.

Center for Return has on-campus programming and maintains an off-campus facility, the Bayit, in Kew Gardens, Queens. To date, the Center's outreach programs have reached thousands of our Jewish college youth.
